Pour your own.
That is a double shot in a tulip cup, and the surface is a real fluid. Press on it and drag to pour the milk. Wiggle as you draw back towards you, then pull straight through to the far side, and you have a rosetta. The one on the first cup was poured the same way.
Press and drag on the cup.
- Speed
- Slow pours make sharp lines. Fast ones blur.
- The wiggle
- Side to side while you draw the jug back towards you. Each pass lays a leaf and shoves the last one away.
- The finish
- One quick, straight drag through the middle to the far rim. That draws the stem and folds every leaf into a V.
02The cups
Same shot, different cup.
A cortado, a flat white and a latte are the same espresso under different amounts of the same milk, in cups that fit. Pick one and we cut the cup in half, so you can see every layer and how much of it there is. The glasses you can see straight through.

04Roasted upstairs
Two roasts, one drum.
The espresso blend is roasted a shade darker, so it holds up under milk. The filter coffees are roasted light, so you can taste the farm. Both come off the same five-kilo drum on Tuesdays, and the roast date is printed on every bag.

The Rosetta card.
Nine stamps, then the tenth coffee is on us. It lives on your phone, not in your wallet, and it never falls behind the fridge. On the real card a stamp comes from the QR at the till, tied to the mobile you order with; here, the button will do.
